BIO: Mr. Joseph M. Gingo, also known as Joe, has been the Chairman of A. Schulman, Inc. since February 29, 2008 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since August 18, 2016 served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2014. Mr. Gingo served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Quality Systems at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2, 2003 to December 31, 2007 and its Senior Vice President of Technology & Global Products Planning from August 3, 1999 to June 1, 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President of Six Sigma Product Innovation & Development and Quality Leadership at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. since June 2, 2003. From July 1, 1999 to June 1, 2003, Mr. Gingo served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Global Products Planning at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. He served in various research and development and managerial posts of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. until November 5, 1996. On September 1, 1998, he was placed on special assignment with the office of the Chairman of the Board at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. From December 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999, Mr. Gingo served as the Vice President responsible for Goodyear's worldwide Engineered Products operations. He served as Vice President of The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company's Asia operations from 1995 to 1998 responsible for Goodyear's operations in Asia, Australia and the western Pacific. He served as an Executive Officer, responsible for Goodyear's research and tire technology development and product planning operations worldwide and for Goodyear's global aviation, off-the-road and racing tire businesses. He is a Goodyear employee since 1966. He has been an Independent Director of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. since March 19, 2015. He has been a Director of Vectra Corporation since 2015; A. Schulman, Inc., since 2000 and OMNOVA Solutions Inc., since March 19, 2015. Mr. Gingo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Case Institute of Technology (now Case Western Reserve University) in 1966, a law degree from The University of Akron in 1971 and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1983.

BIO: Mr. Robert M. Patterson, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of PolyOne Corporation since May 15, 2014 and its Chairman since May 12, 2016. Mr. Patterson served as the Chief Operating Officer of PolyOne Corporation from March 12, 2012 to May 15, 2014 and its Executive Vice President from January 2011 to May 15, 2014, Senior Vice President from May 12, 2008 to January 2011 and Chief Financial Officer from May 12, 2008 to March 12, 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He also directly oversaw PolyOne's growth initiatives in Asia. Prior to joining PolyOne in 2008, Mr. Patterson served in leadership roles at Novelis, Inc., and SPX Corporation, after starting his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. He served as a Vice President of Treasury & Planning and Treasurer of Novelis Inc. since October 2007 and served as its Senior Finance Professional since March 27, 2006. He served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of Novelis Inc., from 2006 to May 2007. He joined Novelis in 2006 from SPX Corporation, where he worked from 2001 to March 2006. He has held a number of other senior finance roles with SPX. Mr. Patterson served as a Vice President and Segment Chief Financial Officer, Thermal and Flow Technology Segments of SPX Corporation (a multi-industry manufacturer and developer) from 2005 to 2006 and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Cooling Technologies and Services of SPX from 2004 to 2005. He served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Marley Cooling Tower Company, a cooling tower manufacturer and subsidiary of SPX, from 2002 to 2004. He worked at Arthur Andersen LLP from May 1996 to May 2001 and served as its Audit Manager. His experience includes extensive work in Europe and China. He has been a Director of PolyOne Corporation since May 15, 2014. He serves on the Board of the Great Lakes Science Center, the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Alumni Board of Governors and the St. Martin de Porres High School Corporate Work Study Board. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and master's degree in accounting from the University of Michigan.
