In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard, Mr. Kotick is also a member of the board of trustees for Harvard Westlake School and he is chairman of the committee of Trustees at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where he serves as vice chairman of the board of directors. In addition, Mr. Kotick is the founder and co-chairman of the Call of Duty Endowment.

He also led EA's Online Organization overseeing the direct-to-consumer business, Asia Online Publishing as well as the EA studio in Seoul, Korea. Mr. Wilson served as Vice President and Executive Producer of the EA SPORTS FIFA Soccer Division. He was responsible for the strategic, creative and business direction of all EA SPORTS soccer games, including FIFA, FIFA World Cup, Euro, FIFA Manager and FIFA Street. He has been a Director of Electronic Arts Inc. since September 15, 2013 and Intel Corporation since September 18, 2017. He serves as chairman of the board for the World Surf League.
