Mr. Harshman served as an Executive Vice President for Finance of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated from October 21, 2003 to August 1, 2010 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from December 2000 to August 1, 2010. Mr. Harshman served as Head of shared services, including procurement and information technologies of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since October 21, 2003. Mr. Harshman had been responsible for all accounting, financial, treasury, tax and internal audit functions and for investor relations. He joined Teledyne, Inc. as a Member of the Corporate Internal Audit Department in 1978 and served in increasingly important roles at both the corporate and operating levels.
