Mr. Lawrence served as the President of AGAU Mines, Inc., United States Antimony Corp.'s corporate predecessor, since the inception of AGAU Mines, Inc. in 1968. He has a vast background in mining, milling, smelting, chemical processing and oil and gas. Mr. Lawrence serves as the Chairman of United States Antimony Corp.
