BIO: Mr. Paul C. Svindland has been Chief Executive Officer at Celadon Group, Inc. since July 2017. Mr. Svindland has been Chief Executive Officer of Farren International Holdings, Inc., since its merger with EZE Trucking Holdings, Inc. in July 2016. Prior to the merger, Mr. Svindland served as Chief Executive Officer of EZE Trucking Holdings, Inc. from April 2014 to July 2016. Prior to EZE, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Pacer International Ltd. (Alternate name: XPO Intermodal, Inc.) and XPO Stacktrain, LLC from November 12, 2012 to January 13, 2014. He served as Executive Vice President at Pacer International. Prior to Pacer International, Mr. Svindland was a Managing Director of AlixPartners LLP, a global business-advisory firm, where he co-led the global transportation and logistics practice, working with carriers and shippers, to improve their overall operational and financial performance. He joined AlixPartners in October 2006 as a Director and was promoted to Managing Director in December 2009. Prior to AlixPartners, he worked at ICG Commerce from 2000 to October 2006, where he developed and led its Global Logistics practice and 4PL Service offering. His experience includes several years in management roles with Maersk, Inc. where he led commercial and operational activities in Dominican Republic, Haiti and Puerto Rico. BIO: Mr. Reed joined USA Truck in November 2016, bringing more than two decades of multi-faceted experience in trucking, logistics, finance and business development. He previously served as chief financial officer of Interstate Distributor Company (an asset-based trucking business), as well as president of its subsidiary, Interstate Distributor Logistics. As Interstate’s CFO, Mr. Reed was responsible for all accounting, financial planning and analysis and IT, and led the company’s strategic planning process. He joined Interstate in 2012 and served for a time as its senior vice president, sales, with full accountability for the company’s revenue growth and strategic account development. Mr. Reed’s extensive experience includes 15 years of leading finance in public companies.
