BIO: Scott Boatwright is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Chipotle. Mr. Boatwright has served as Chipotle’s Interim Chief Executive Officer since August 2024. He joined Chipotle in May 2017 and, in his previous roles as Chipotle’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Restaurant Officer, he has had direct accountability for all of Chipotle’s restaurant operations. Mr. Boatwright was named Nation’s Restaurant News ‘Operations CREATOR of the Year’ in 2021 as well as to Fast Casual’s ‘2020 Top 25 Executive’ list. Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Boatwright spent 18 years with Arby’s Restaurant Group in various leadership positions. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for the performance of over 1,700 Arby’s restaurants in numerous states. Mr. Boatwright currently serves on the board of directors of Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc. and is a member of the National Restaurant Association’s Fast Casual Industry Council. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

BIO: Mr. Kevin Miles has been the Chief Executive Officer of Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (Zo???'s Kitchen USA LLC) since October 2012. Mr. has been the President of Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (Zo???'s Kitchen USA LLC) since February 2011 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 14, 2011 to November 1, 2012. Mr. Miles has more than 20 years of experience in the fast-casual restaurant business, joined Zoes in May 2009 as vice president, operations. He was responsible for managing day-to-day operations as the chain grew from 26 to 44 locations. He has been a Director of Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (Zo???'s Kitchen USA LLC) since December 2013. Mr. Miles holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 1989.
