Blake has extensive financial, risk management and operational experience in leading Extensis’ delivery of outstanding customer service, managing client benefit programs and supporting the execution and safeguarding of client payrolls and related tax filings. Prior to his current CEO role, Blake served as Extensis’ CFO. Previous to joining Extensis, Blake held executive leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide, Thomson Reuters, Chubb and General Mills. His diversity of industries includes consumer products, business / employment products and services, technology, media, digital publishing, hospitality and transportation.

BIO: Mr. Paul J. Sarvadi Co-Founded Insperity, Inc. (also known as Administaff Inc.) in 1986 and has been its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer 1989. Mr. Sarvadi has been Management Director of Insperity, Inc. since 1986. He served as the President of Administaff from 1989 to August 2003. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Administaff Inc. from 1986 to April 1987 and then Vice President from April 1987 to 1989. He has been President of National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He was President of the Texas Chapter of the NAPEO for three of the first four years of its existence. He serves on the Board of Directors of the DePelchin Children's Center in Houston. He was a Member of Board of Directors of NAPEO for five years. In 2007, he was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame. In 1995, Mr. Sarvadi was selected as Houston's Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for service industries and in 2001, he was selected as the 2001 National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for service industries. In 2004, he received the Conn Family Distinguished New Venture Leader Award from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Mr. Sarvadi attended Rice University and the University of Houston.
