BIO: Mr. Michael J. Saylor has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of MicroStrategy Inc. since November 1989 and has been its President since January 8, 2016. Previously, Mr. Saylor served as the President of MicroStrategy Inc. from November 1989 to November 2000 and again from January 2005 to October 19, 2012. Prior to that, he served as Venture Manager at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company from 1988 to 1989 and as a Consultant of Federal Group, Inc. from 1987 to 1988. Mr. Saylor received S.B. in Aeronautics and Astronautics and SB in Science, Technology and Society from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

BIO: Mr. Adam Selipsky has been Chief Executive Officer and President at Tableau Software, Inc. since September 16, 2016. Mr. Selipsky served as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Support for Amazon Web Services. He served as Vice President of Product Management and Developer Relations at Amazon Web Services. Mr. Selipsky has spent over a decade building Amazon Web Services, one of the most successful technology platforms in the world. His leadership helped grow AWS from a start-up into a multi-billion dollar business and establish it as the undisputed market leader in cloud computing. Prior to joining Amazon, he was an Executive at RealNetworks, leading the video subscription and media player division. Before that, Mr. Selipsky was a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, a strategy consulting firm. He serves as a Director of Tableau Software, Inc. He has been Member of Advisory Board of PivotLink Corp. since January 2008. Mr. Selipsky holds an A.B. in Government and an MBA from Harvard University.
