BIO: Mr. Todd McKinnon co-founded Okta, Inc. in 2008 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 2009. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. McKinnon served as the Head of Engineering at Salesforce.com, where he helped grow the team from 15 people to more than 250 and the service from 2 million daily transactions to more than 150 million with industry-leading performance and reliability. His team developed and launched Force.com, the industry's first platform-as-a-service product and AppExchange, the first online marketplace for cloud computing applications. Prior to Salesforce.com, he spent nearly a decade working in various engineering and leadership roles at PeopleSoft. He has been the Chairman at Okta, Inc. since February 2017. He has been Director of Cloudwords, Inc. since February 18, 2014. He serves on the Board of Directors for Family House, a not-for-profit organization that provides temporary housing to families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at the University of California San Francisco Children's Hospital. He has been a Director of Okta, Inc. since January 2009. He is a regular contributor to industry publications, including Forbes, Fast Company and Fortune. Mr. McKinnon holds a Master of Science in computer science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science in management and information systems from Brigham Young University.

BIO: Mr. Himesh Bhise has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Synacor, Inc. since August 4, 2014. Mr. Bhise led New Services & Platforms for Comcast Cable, where he was responsible for incubating and operating growth businesses. His portfolio included new content platforms like XFINITY Streampix, advertising businesses, cloud products, prepaid services and apps, all transforming the consumer TV and video experience. Mr. Bhise served as Vice President of AOL Mobile. Prior to Charter, Mr. Bhise served as General Manager of AOL's Mobile division, growing the business substantially working with carriers, OEMs and developers around the world. Earlier, he was with McKinsey & Company as a Leader in its telecom and M&A practice. Mr. Bhise served as an Associate Partner of McKinsey & Company and a leader in the telecommunications, M&A and marketing practices. Mr. Bhise led Revenue Development and served as General Manager of the $1.4B High Speed Internet business at Charter Communications, achieving industry-leading growth and pioneering initiatives in advanced advertising, broadband video and direct marketing. He is known as a results-oriented business builder with deep operating experience. He has managed complex businesses, working across multiple functions and geographies to build distinctive products and deliver superior operating results. His unique background as an experienced management consultant and company executive has led him to develop a broad perspective and take leadership roles in M&A, product development, sales and marketing. Before Comcast, Mr. Bhise was a senior operating executive at Charter Communications, where he was the general manager of its High Speed Internet business. He has been a Director of Synacor, Inc. since August 4, 2014. Mr. Bhise serves as a Member of Technology Board of Paxfire, Inc. He is an acknowledged thought leader and a frequent speaker at industry events. He received his MBA from the Wharton School.
