BIO: Chad Richison Founded Paycom Software, Inc. in 1998 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since inception in 1998. Mr. Richison began his career in sales with ADP and then moved to Payroll. He has leadership skills, strategic guidance and experience. He has been the Chairman of the Board and Director at Paycom Software, Inc. since August 5, 2016 and 1998 respectively. He received his B.A. in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma.
