BIO: John is the CEO of Strata Decision Technology where his focus is to ensure the company delivers on its mission to help heal healthcare. The company’s financial planning, analytics and performance platform is used by over 2,000 hospitals and over 400 healthcare delivery systems, including many of the largest and most influential healthcare systems in the U.S. The company has been recognized multiple times as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation by Inc. With over 25 years in healthcare, John’s experience spans small and large software and healthcare services companies. Prior to joining Strata, John was the Controller with a 70-person team for Catamaran Corporation, a pharmacy benefit management company that is now part of OptumRx. Catamaran was a publicly-traded company with over $20 billion in revenue. John started his career at an enterprise healthcare IT company, where he helped put the systems, controls, and processes in place to support the company’s growth from $50 million to $300 million in revenue. John has a BS in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

BIO: Flint Brenton is the Chief Executive Officer at Syntellis Performance Solutions, where he oversees all strategic plans and priorities to deliver on Syntellis’ promise of elevating clients’ financial performance. With a successful track record as CEO of high-growth companies for nearly two decades, Flint most recently served as President and CEO of Centrify, where he accelerated growth through product innovation and enhanced sales execution. Prior to joining Centrify, Flint held CEO positions at CollabNet VersionOne, where he led the company through a successful exit, and at AccelOps and Tidal Software. He also has directed engineering teams at leading technology companies, including NetIQ, Compaq, BMC Software, and IBM. Flint holds a B.A. in Accounting from Mount Union College and a Master’s in Business and Public Management in Finance from Rice University.
