A+E Networks struggles tremendously with diversity in manager and excutive roles. Definitely not a fair opportunity for minorities to grow within the company.

We struggle with diveristt, inclusivity and giving minorities a fair chance. Minorities have to prove more thay they are worthy and for a kuch longer period of time, than a white enployee.
