What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a diverse team of strategic savvy execs who are constantly evolving the company and driving us to multiple consecutive years of success. This is great for moral and financially. They have their eye on every aspect of the meida biz and the direction its heading. Inspiring!
I have confidence in the way executive leadership makes decisions and the way in which they relay their decision-making process to the company as a whole. Communication and transparency is valued here and is better than any other company I've worked. Near and long term plans are solid and strategic.

They're very good at hearing what their employees think, and are proactive on all criticisms they receive.
There are some really good people in leadership roles; especially in the Post Production Dept.

The leadership at A+E is sorely lacking. While the management and executive tiers are very thick, the know how and experience of management and upper management is weak, leaving employees without real, strong, or forceful managers
