What's the company culture like at A+E Networks?
I can't speak for the whole company, but in Technology, it is a very traditional corporate environment compared to its peers with more modern technology departments. It is very bureaucratic, so things can take a long time to get implemented or resolved, which can be frustrating at times. People do appear to have a great Work/Life Balance but overall morale in the department seems low.
What's the interview process like at A+E Networks?
Was very straight forward; Phone interview, followed by an onsite interview.
What part of A+E Networks's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Digital appears to be doing well. Technology is need of some help. It appears to be struggling to evolve from a department that dated to something that is modern.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at A+E Networks?
