  • I can't speak for the whole company, but in Technology, it is a very traditional corporate environment compared to its peers with more modern technology departments. It is very bureaucratic, so things can take a long time to get implemented or resolved, which can be frustrating at times. People do appear to have a great Work/Life Balance but overall morale in the department seems low.
