It can get stressful keeping up with goals and metrics, but I do enjoy the coworkers. Also, having difficult partners that aren't willing to budge on necessary practices.
Honestly, I can't put no but it isn't necessarily a yes. I don't see changes that are taking place across the company unless it's emailed, so I can't say if they are doing good or not as we do not interact.
Probably the group chats. I also really loved the Christmas time this year of choosing something from Blueboard. It was more memorable than an employee dinner that comes and goes but being able to experience it with a close personal contact instead, of your choosing.
I am disappointed by the new pay structure of a 3% max increase. This means the only way to grow will be to move into a new position, which is limited. This will force invested employees to have to look elsewhere to keep up with inflation.
A variety of personalities and no one ever seems sour or negative. Being virtual also helps with this, there is more interaction than when we were all in the office. The times we had to go back to the office, the dynamic was different and there was less interaction/bonding/communication.
