There has been tremendous support during my first few months of employment. Everyone is willing to help. Everyone wants the company to thrive. It is a very positive environment.

This place is ripe with potential to make a huge impact on higher education. We have a lot of really intelligent people who do not realize just how much they can help academic leaders

It's been a positive experience working with both colleagues and leadership that value my opinion and encourage me in my work. I think the leadership team isn't always on the same page which makes things challenging sometimes, but they truly care and that's why I plan to be here long-term.

In my negotiations I was told the salary I was offered was at the top if not over the salary band, only to find out that I'm actually in the low-mid end of the range. I meet nearly all the criteria for not only the maximum salary, but likely a more senior position, so that was very disappointing.
