I think the culture and environment have gotten better over time we all of the new additions to the company.
What is most positive is how open to collaboration everyone is. There is an alright sense of work/life balance but it could be better. Work Culture is changing across the world and it'd be nice if leadership understood that and continued to offer equal benefits/options as other companies
