
We are like family and we all work really hard. We care about our clients and each other. We do for each other for tech week and assistant week and CSR week.
I like the fact they care about me as a person. I feel that they feel the frustration that we feel at the hospital level but their hands are tied making any real changes.
I love how diverse it is and I love that the company tries to help people who truly are in need. I like that the company tries but it feels like the people making decisions for hospitals haven't worked in an actual busy hospital setting in a long time.
I would like to be a decent cost of living increase and raise. I want my HSA funds back. I would like to be able to get help from the help desk. I'd like to have surveys like this more often so that I feel like I can voice my opinion and that someone might care
The company took away my HSA benefits. Gave me days off which I appreciate but no pay. PTO was used for not coming to work when sick during a COVID year so many of us do not have PTO to cover the additional days. Also the cost of living has risen astronomically in our area and I can barely afford
