I have worked here over 19 years and to be completely honest the bigger the company get the less I feel they care about the employees. They can say they care about our quality of life but all we hear is make more many see more pets its just more more more , until people are burnt out.

I used to feel banfield truly cared about their employees until covid hit. Then we saw a whole new side of banfield that made me feel very sad. I love my job and my co-workers and I just wish that we felt that banfield cared about our wellbeing. Instead we feel expendable and overworked

I love my leadership team because they genuinely care about me and their jobs working with pets. I feel as though they know I am having an off day before I even know myself. They know me better than anyone else in my life and they care to make things better when I am feeling down. I love my team!

Stop acting like it's only a numbers game. We are asked to constantly drive pets through as many as possible, lowering quality of care. Whenever we have to take longer for one pet, hours start getting cut, often to an illegal level (full time should not by law be below 30 hours per contract!)

I think the best part of our compensation is the banfield bucks to buy gear from the store. However, it does take some time to accumulate enough to buy gear and the downfall is they do expire so I would love to have them not expire going forward.

First: free wellness plans only for dogs and cats, and those without get nothing in recompense, Second, stop using us as only numbers! Also why did the HSA go away in favor of "better health plan" when it's not really better is it? Also, why is training not just available for always, like refreshers

As a line manager I am aware of some of the compensation increases that others are being offered for retention. It is frustrating for those of us who choose to stay not to get rewarded monetarily without threatening to leave in order to receive it.

I feel as someone who has been with this company almost 20 years even though I am not a LVT that gets placed negatively on me and I am not compensated for what I do. I think in general the Veterinary field very much under pays when VA's are paid after what is expected of us.

Again: pets and associates are nothing more than numbers. Suggestions frequently go ignored. There is no real flow. Petware is horrible and user unfriendly to the point of being user hostile.
