I have enjoyed almost every minute at Banfield. I think a lot of that comes from the PM and hospital staff. They have made this experience the best of my life. I am so glad I chose to stay with this career path
What makes you most happy at work?
I love coming in and knowing I am helping a pet get the quality care they deserve and that I am educating pet parents to be the best pet parents they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very hard working and everyone cares about each other. We are always saying good morning and good bye when we leave for shifts. We share our food and snacks and are willing to help whenever someone needs it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the culture our hospital has created. We are engaged and happy at work and even find time to do fun bonding things outside of work. I love that everyone wants to be friends inside and outside of the hospital.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part of our compensation is the banfield bucks to buy gear from the store. However, it does take some time to accumulate enough to buy gear and the downfall is they do expire so I would love to have them not expire going forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my leadership team because they genuinely care about me and their jobs working with pets. I feel as though they know I am having an off day before I even know myself. They know me better than anyone else in my life and they care to make things better when I am feeling down. I love my team!
