I've been here almost 20 years now. Can't imagine being anywhere else

I love working for Banfield but know that I could do more if given more resources and a more manageable list of deliverables. I believe that it's time to slow down our growth and focus on quality over quantity and diversifying our service model to meet our customers where they are.

Paid time off is excellent and Banfield compensates base salary extremely well with opportunities to bonus on top of that!

It's nothing against Banfield, but the veterinary field as a whole. I'm making $16 an hour while people starting out at Chik-Fil-A are making $17

Delivering on taking care of our people would include compensation. There are a lot of other companies that are compensating at a much higher rate. I have chosen to stay due to the vision and purpose that the company has over competition, however compensation is a key factor that is crucial.
