What I like best about the leadership team is how they try to make sure that you are okay. I mean physically, emotionally, mentally, learning etc.

Communicating with hospital associates directly.
Review from Veterinarian Dept
Stop acting like it's only a numbers game. We are asked to constantly drive pets through as many as possible, lowering quality of care. Whenever we have to take longer for one pet, hours start getting cut, often to an illegal level (full time should not by law be below 30 hours per contract!)
Review from Vet Technician Dept
Focus on the people more and less on the numbers/profit/bottom line
holding people accountable when necessary
Review from Vet Technician Dept
Making everyone feel needed in their role and ensuring that people are feeling fulfilled
Management is only ever about numbers and not patient care. District manager brought in practice manager with no veterinary experience specifically to drive numbers without caring if patient care suffered along with it. Fired and pushed out employees who spoke out against this
Respect, accountability, responsibility and a new PM
