I am concerned that we appear to be less of a sales centric company with the focus is too much on MBO's and less on upside potential.
I'm not unhappy or undervalued, I just think the benefits "could" be better. They are good, pay is good, but I would be lying if I didn't think they could be better. Better better never best is our internal company motto.
