I wish I would have come to Banfield sooner!

I love working with Banfield, always new challenges and love our larger team

I've had the opportunity to develop and grow in my career and meet some incredibly passionate individuals who live the mission and make principled decisions. I'm inspired and encouraged by the work we do and the care we provide to clients, pets and our associates.

I would like to continue working for Banfield, but I don't know if there are necessarily options for where I want my career to go. Most of my experiences, especially with people at Banfield, have been overwhelmingly positive.

I love Banfield's mission and perks as an associate. My animals are basically the center of my universe, and everyone gets that and is aligned with that. My manager respects my time and cares about me and my co-workers are kind, intelligent, and highly capable. Banfield is a fantastic company.

The leadership team at Banfield genuinely cares about my health and well-being and the company invests in ways to support our mental health.

They are very supportive, along with caring about health and well-being

The autonomy I have to do what I do best every day and that I feel genuinely cared about as an Associate here.

With other companies we are paid under for the work we do.

I still work as a contract for Banfield and it means there are little opportunities to negotiate for better compensation.

Mars has been known for paying above national average, however I don't feel that translates to the MVH businesses.

I feel that my group has had to push to have our job description re-evaluated as we have been given more work with new responsibilities without the added compensation. My LM is trying to get this done and I appreciate it very much.

Pay us appropriately for the experience we bring to the table as individuals.

One of the best things about my team is the spirit of collaboration they bring and the caring about each other.

I believe everyone cares about the overall mission of the company to make a better world for pets. No one would ever encourage you to sacrifice your mental health or personal life for work.

Stop the politics at MVH. In the past two years, the power dynamics and ignorance of Mars Culture has had negative impacts on Banfield's use of the culture for good.

Helping pets by finding qualified veterinarians to work in our hospitals. I also love how Banfield is innovative.

it seems that the loudest voice is leading the way with little in the way of consideration of impact of their actions and decisions on hospital associates. it can be improved by slowing down and taking time to focus on changes that are truly beneficial for the long term

I am doing work that is not in my job description. I tis work I do extremely well and it is convenient for HR Leadership to have someone like me handle the toughest projects well. This eliminates any room for me to do any new, high impact work.
