The benefits are decent but the company does not seem to care about anyone who is not a doctor or LVT. There seems to be no repercussions for abusive clients because the company is afraid of a "bad" review. Although ,I think think company offers great options for care for pets and helps pets in need

I love my job most days, but lately I don't want to come to work. I feel very unappreciated and under paid. As an industry we are hemorrhaging people and pay and benefits are the best way to keep and gain the best people. The industry needs to recognize that and banfield should lead the way.

I love working with my team and the animals, but I do not like being verbally abused daily and for the leadership team to be so out of touch to what employees want and need. Often times I feel taken advantage of by leadership and my team members with no compensation and multiple delays/mistakes.

If we received any incentive for working through the pandemic aside from merchandise to the banfield store. My pay was higher then new people. Received additional PTO for extra holdiday closures this year 2021 not 2022

I have been in this industry for 25 years, 9 of those with Banfield. I am not being paid for my experience and expertise. I am about 7 dollars short of average pay for my position and experience.

The company took away my HSA benefits. Gave me days off which I appreciate but no pay. PTO was used for not coming to work when sick during a COVID year so many of us do not have PTO to cover the additional days. Also the cost of living has risen astronomically in our area and I can barely afford

We are not compensated nearly enough for what we do in both financial and benefits. We should receive larger raises that show that we are valued employees. In addition, more should be done for employees than giving us $50 to celebrate team members. We need to be invested in and this isn't happening.

We are being verbally and emotionally abused by customers on a daily basis. We are burnt out and are often not given recognition or support for what we do. Policies to prevent client abuse would be very beneficial to us all.
