I have worked here over 19 years and to be completely honest the bigger the company get the less I feel they care about the employees. They can say they care about our quality of life but all we hear is make more many see more pets its just more more more , until people are burnt out.

mostly when you have a client who appreciates you and understands you are doing what is best for their pet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do like that banfield has structure and protocols for Doctors and how we do things instead of people going rogue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
for the most part most of us get along, we can have a good time and be productive at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as someone who has been with this company almost 20 years even though I am not a LVT that gets placed negatively on me and I am not compensated for what I do. I think in general the Veterinary field very much under pays when VA's are paid after what is expected of us.
