The best thing about our team is we are all passionate about the well being of pets.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is seeing the tail wagging after treatment! happy pups and kittens are what makes work wonderful;
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is how they try to make sure that you are okay. I mean physically, emotionally, mentally, learning etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very loving workplace, we all care for one another and try to make sure we are doing okay. Everyone is always ready to help!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we got paid for speaking spanish. we go the extra mile and help others, when we should be paid for being bilingual.
