I used to feel banfield truly cared about their employees until covid hit. Then we saw a whole new side of banfield that made me feel very sad. I love my job and my co-workers and I just wish that we felt that banfield cared about our wellbeing. Instead we feel expendable and overworked
What makes you most happy at work?
A handful of positive people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the pets. They always bring joy ( when they aren't biting us)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have a handful of positive people at our location but as a whole we have a lot of negative people at our hospital
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont know the leadership team. I've never met any of them. ( unless you are talking my manager and I adore her. I think she is a wonderful manager)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because I have worked for this company for 14 years and there are people coming in here that only make $1 less than me. I feel like seniority and work ethic should count for better compensation
