I used to feel banfield truly cared about their employees until covid hit. Then we saw a whole new side of banfield that made me feel very sad. I love my job and my co-workers and I just wish that we felt that banfield cared about our wellbeing. Instead we feel expendable and overworked

I dont know the leadership team. I've never met any of them. ( unless you are talking my manager and I adore her. I think she is a wonderful manager)

I feel under valued because I have worked for this company for 14 years and there are people coming in here that only make $1 less than me. I feel like seniority and work ethic should count for better compensation
