BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. BlueRock was founded in 2016 as a joint venture of Versant Ventures and Leaps by Bayer. I think there are some variations in work culture depending on the location, but I have absolutely loved working at the New York office. I would describe the culture as very hard-working and determined, yet respectful of your time of out of work and highly collaborative.

I love how this group is able to generate cutting-edge science so quickly yet remain such a fun company to work for. I'm always learning something new, yet sharing laughs with my coworkers while doing so. I think that's a really rare thing to find.
