I found the recruiting process to be quite positive and well-structured. The company and its hiring team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout the entire process. I appreciated the clear communication at each stage, from the initial application to the final interview.

My TA person, Abel Lara, was unbelievably knowledgeable, not only about the organization as a whole, but about the role as well. In my experience of interviewing for positions, I have never had a TA person be so involved, it was amazing!

Pretty good overall, but was told to expect an update within a certain timeframe which came and went. The breakdown in communication was the only downside
