What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Timelines should be continuously reevaluated for feasibility so that people can deliver quality work without burning out. Everyone is being pushed to hit arbitrary and impossible deadlines with no regard for work-life balance or mental health.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base and bonus are great!

Long term incentive program is lucrative
Great benefits, especially for a new family.
LTI package is very attractive, especially in given market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus and Long-term incentives are intricate and does not look like Win-Win. Benefits are super low (for example, remote work set up is very minimal and one time, cell phone service reimbursement ..etc)

As a teaching assistant, university pays for my health insurance as well as I do not need to pay for any credits I enroll in the university. But, while working here as an intern on CPT, I have to rather pay to the university and also cover the health insurance out of my pocket.

Because my manager get paid more for doing nothing (just being honest here) and we work way beyond our responsibilities. We should get recognized and paid fairly for that.
If you're doing the same job of the person/people above you, you should be paid the same no matter the "years of experience".

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be open communication about project challenges, both technical and resourcing, with a willingness to shift timelines if needed. Currently all deadlines are strictly enforced even if everyone on the team agrees that they are impossible to meet.

the goal is there but there are certain times that the plan to get there is not set in place, rather, its just go and make it happen.

The vast majority of individuals want to do what is right but the organization behavior does not reflect that. Listen to people when they say they are overworked or that a deadline is impossible to meet.
For a company that is focused on patient care, it seems at odds in terms of trying to product patient and patient products by not being cautious about COVID despite scientists knowing the government's mandatory restrictions are dropped and are unscientific. Lack of flexibility in work schedule.

-Better communication across teams is needed to improve collaborative efforts -There are ALOT of projects. Too many projects sometimes. It can be hard to wrap your head around all the platforms, projects and work.
