BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. BlueRock was founded in 2016 as a joint venture of Versant Ventures and Leaps by Bayer. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the goal is there but there are certain times that the plan to get there is not set in place, rather, its just go and make it happen.

The vast majority of individuals want to do what is right but the organization behavior does not reflect that. Listen to people when they say they are overworked or that a deadline is impossible to meet.
For a company that is focused on patient care, it seems at odds in terms of trying to product patient and patient products by not being cautious about COVID despite scientists knowing the government's mandatory restrictions are dropped and are unscientific. Lack of flexibility in work schedule.

-Better communication across teams is needed to improve collaborative efforts -There are ALOT of projects. Too many projects sometimes. It can be hard to wrap your head around all the platforms, projects and work.
