BlueRock Therapeutics Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

base and bonus are great!

Very competitive base and bonus. Good benefits

Review from Product Dept

Long term incentive program is lucrative

Great benefits, especially for a new family.

LTI package is very attractive, especially in given market.

Great benefits and 401k just got better!

Long term incentive package is very competitive

Very competitive base + bonus

LTI program is very competitive

Review from Product Dept

Competitive pay, solid work/life balance, best in class benefits, and a great office environment, including hybrid work schedules.

Review from HR Dept

The pay seems fair, and the bonus structure seems to be average with the industry.

Review from Operations Dept

BlueRock pays a very competitive wage and the potential for personal bonus and long term incentive payouts is an added motivation.

Review from Operations Dept

Salary is the best part

health related benefits and RRSP

Review from Operations Dept

I really enjoy the commuter benefits.

Review from Admin Dept

I believe my salary is very good based on what I've seen in the market.

Review from HR Dept

commuting benefit is super good

Unlimited paid time off, pay, commuter benefits, health insurance

Review from Operations Dept

Literally everything you could need is covered

Opportunity for performance event achievements in addition to base salary and bonus

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonus and Long-term incentives are intricate and does not look like Win-Win. Benefits are super low (for example, remote work set up is very minimal and one time, cell phone service reimbursement ..etc)

Review from IT Dept

As a teaching assistant, university pays for my health insurance as well as I do not need to pay for any credits I enroll in the university. But, while working here as an intern on CPT, I have to rather pay to the university and also cover the health insurance out of my pocket.

Review from Engineering Dept

-It is lower compared other companies in the area

Because my manager get paid more for doing nothing (just being honest here) and we work way beyond our responsibilities. We should get recognized and paid fairly for that.

If you're doing the same job of the person/people above you, you should be paid the same no matter the "years of experience".

Review from Operations Dept

visibility to pay bands and equitable pay across geographic locations

Review from Operations Dept

The LTI incentives are weak compared to other small biotechs and even larger biotechs/pharma.

Education and experience should matter while deciding the salary and level. I feel there are few people having no education and still getting same money.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe I perform at a higher level than my title, and consequently, my compensation reflects.

My salary is not comparable for the role that am doing. I'm optimistic that this will change.

Review from Admin Dept

BlueRock is located in some of the most expensive cities in the world. Pay should be commensurate with the incredibly high costs of living in these locations.

Review from Operations Dept

Make more commensurate with others at same position.

Review from Product Dept

The salaries are not particularly competitive. Recently, seems like experience obtained outside of BlueRock is more valuable than experience within BRT. Promotion rate is very slow for the people who got BRT where it is, while most resources are used to poach new people with better compensations.
