Leadership put personal profit above all else.
Delightful but i hate it
Cycle out the entire management and executives roster, higher-ups are making awful decision and developpers are obligated to follow these bad decisions just to put bread on the table.
They need a new leadership team
Direction and product delivery. Giving the players what they want, not all games are made for everyone but everyone who does buy their product should be happy with their purchase, unpressured of feeling left out.
