Communication. Replying to emails timely or reducing hold times when customers call.
Typical corporation, they say their people are their most important asset but when ask for a raise they'll say there's not enough to go around. Unless you're a VP or higher.

What's the work from home policy like at C.H. Robinson?
It is impossible for almost anyone to work from home in this business.
Depends on your manager, at least in IT. I’ve had some managers who are extremely flexible and others who are not as flexible and want you in the office.

It is not a good balance. Work force is a little less than necessary, and all are expected to do the overtime for the department.
Very solid.
