Good health beenfits and insurance

being paid fairly to the work put in
Everyone got a raise but me my hire date was very next day and I got nothing
I would like to be paid as much as my male counterparts.

Positive go getters that like their job
Integrity, altruist, nice and dynamic
They are all hungry. That's just my experience

Weekly meetings with team members to stratagize with motivating managers

They need to learn to come to the office and do their job.
Workers are ok but too much drama in the workplace!
Communication needs to be objective. HR needs to review pay discrepancies between males and females.

Accomplish and execute on behalf of your customers

Everything needs to change bad company to work for they need to think more about their employees!!

They asked Important details about me but also made sure to give me as much information about the role as possible.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My first boss told me he decided to hire me while he was intoxicated on a company "booze cruise." That needs to change.
