Everyone got a raise but me my hire date was very next day and I got nothing

Communication needs to be objective. HR needs to review pay discrepancies between males and females.

Process was quick and interviewers were clear on needs and culture. There were no surprises and onboarding was well organized and geared toward building an internal network to ensure success and collaboration.

My first boss told me he decided to hire me while he was intoxicated on a company "booze cruise." That needs to change.

What makes you most happy at work?
Pride in working with a great team who are focused on delivering positive customer experiences. Emails are answered promptly. You don't have to chase people for answers to meet customer needs. There is a support structure for service and roles and responsibilities are clear and customer centric.
