I would like to see a fair and liveable offered to all outfitters and some kind of financial incentive to reward those that go the extra mile.

Being busy. However, there many things we do as outfitters that don't require being on our feet all day. There are many tasks that need to be done that could be done sitting on a rolling stool and allow outfitters to get some relief from being on their feet all day on those concrete floors.
