What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great and bring in the most to the store while also doing our due diligence to protect it I.E; Safety, following S.O. P's, taking care of coworkers if they are struggling with the workload because 1 person cannot do 3 other people's jobs
Work well together without management around.

Well versed and very diffent personalities
Most outfitters at my location are kind, considerate, team players, I've formed incredible bonds and friendships with several outfitters. There are a few bad eggs amongst outfitters however, the real problem seems to lie with management, at my location anyway.

We work together really well and dont fight and bicker like other jobs i have been to. the only "arguing" we do is just teasing/fun and games and we all know it is. we are more like a well functioning family than anything lol

Some are great others need to make sure that they are not stepping out of line for those that have been with the company for a long time or to people that have more experience than them

Our coworkers that are new hires need to be trained that we all work as a team. Most that are hired now come in with high and mighty attitudes. We need to take knowledge from each individual and learn from each other. Build each other up and work for the same goal.
