  • Not sure only worked there for a seasonal position but it felt like we had a promotion every two to three weeks depending on the season

  • Be patient with yourself and with your trainer. The fast-paced nature of the job means learning as you go.

  • Always try to get a credit card because that is what all of the managers want from you and also put the customer above yourself even if you have to go past you breaks or lunch.

  • Depends on were you are at? If anywhere else in the store known your product and learn everything you need to know about it. If cashiering than be able to get people to sign up for a credit card

  • Depends on the situation and the person in question. I was bullied by an outfitter because I spoke to his lead about a comment he made. He came to me threatened me. I reported to HR and store manager. He got a slap on the hand. I’m not a fan of HR but I do love my job. I just avoid this outfitter.
