Timley manner. Stop asking general questions and have it pretain to the job i appoled for

Make it easier to apply

Ask more customer service based questions, provide potential scenarios and ask how one would react, Break down policies, allow time for questions, provide standard answers to common questions so they're prepared. Go over things like club card, conservation roundup, gear guard, phone capture, etc.
