It is transparent. The company uses pay bands and you are paid based on position and location. Having transparency is necessary for the equality fight, I wish more companies had the same approach as CaptivateIQ.
Communication! As well as swiftness. It was a transparent and quick process. I did not have to wait nervously in anticipation after each step. It helped me to feel confident in accepting an offer and leaving a great job.
We have an amazing C-suite. All three of our founders are extremely smart and focused on making CaptivateIQ a success. The decisions being made from the top down are extremely healthy and responsible. I would trust any one of them to keep the company afloat as we ride into any storm.
