What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is very competitive and stock option is a bonus.
It is tailored to the goals of the company and my performance, aligning myself to be in control of my compensation and also be supportive of achieving our company goals

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people are very smart and friendly

Everyone is included and cared about by management
fully remote makes it easy to have space but easy to jump on video meetings
Fun teammates willing to step up and help. Product is exciting.
Remote work conditions is a bonus. Everyone is focused on same objectives.
