Cigna HealthSpring – first, when i signed up for healthspring all my doctors were in network. Right after the new year when this plan went into effect they cut out a whole network of my doctors and hospitals. Also I have to travel far to go to labs and radiologists because you use so few. it feels like they are here as a money grab. they say things about service, but then when bonuses roll in, its a me verses them approach. they say they care about employees but then they force people RTO, they cut pay or benefits.
