We are only as good as our supervisors.
it feels like they are here as a money grab. they say things about service, but then when bonuses roll in, its a me verses them approach. they say they care about employees but then they force people RTO, they cut pay or benefits.

The calls are back to back and not enough pay

They could learn how to listen to each other

New management, new administrators, and a new team.
