The customer service is extremely poor. Our crossover from medicare took months. Claims from the first five months have not been taken care of. You can not speak with claims. Multiple submissions of claims have not been answered. Stay away. Awful!

Can you please put an option on the HealthSpring Medicare Plans website for a member to opt for paperless EOB's? You're wasting money sending hard copy in the mail. I spent 45 min on the phone today waiting for customer service to make this request. Never got to speak to a person.

first, when i signed up for healthspring all my doctors were in network. Right after the new year when this plan went into effect they cut out a whole network of my doctors and hospitals. Also I have to travel far to go to labs and radiologists because you use so few. Terrible website and service
