Cognia – Work-life balance is difficult to achieve at this organization. Schedules are untenable and departments are under-resourced. Career advancement is also difficult to achieve. Raises and promotions are rare and are not tied to performance. There is little transparency or accountability within the org.

Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
The team is dedicated and collaborative.
Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?
Straightforward, though I did not interview for current position.
Was gefällt dir am besten am Führungsteam?
Managers are dedicated to their positions. Department heads are knowledgeable. Would like to see more accountability at the executive level. There seems to be a lack of vision and transparency overall. Company direction often seems reactionary and back-footed.
