What is the best part about your compensation package?
The "match" on the 403B is a great portion of the compensation plan. We don't get paid the industry standard being that it's a not for profit but the 12.5% really helps with that.

Everyone has a willingness to tackle whatever adversity comes our way. There are countless stories of people calling in while on vacation or helping out in an area that isn't necessarily their own. They do this not because it's expected or asked of them but because they have a high character.

In my situation, I was contacted very quickly by the person I would report to. He conducted the interview casually and informative so it gave me a sense of what he would be like to work for. Once hired, there was so much excitement generated by the HR group that you felt welcomed.
