We work well together as a team and support each other in getting the work done. We work hard and also have fun. We've all been together for a number of years so we've become like family, both at work and in our personal lives. Our chief always has our back.

Communication can always be improved upon. Clear defined roles within departments for who handles what, so there isn't always a pass off to someone else when asking questions.
