Absolute strength is our retirement benefits!
The health benefits package is the best when compared to other employers I have worked for. The 403b is amazing, and I can say I am not sure any other employer could come close to our benefits package.
Review from Operations Dept
The best part of my compensation package is the company's contribution to the employee's retirement fund.
Health & retirement are both good.
Generous PTO and awesome retirement match.
A lot of PTO and the medical benefits are good

The employer contribution to the retirement program is a wonderful perk.
The employer contribution towards 403b is a wonderful benefit.
Wonderful retirement benefits; holidays and PTO are generous, except I typically have to work through them, which defeats the purpose.
Health insurance and paid time off are extremely generous. I've worked in many organizations and the compensation package at Cognia is the best I've had.

The benefits with Cognia are amazing
I appreciate my health benefits and the 403b.
The PTO and the Retirement contribution.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I answered Yes for both, but I don't receive stocks or benefits as a contracted Regional Accreditation Evaluator.

The "match" on the 403B is a great portion of the compensation plan. We don't get paid the industry standard being that it's a not for profit but the 12.5% really helps with that.
Review from IT Dept
Cognia's willingness to contribute 12.5% into my retirement fund.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Health Care at Cognia is excellent.
Review from Customer Success Dept
The best part is the 12% investment match by the company.

Paid Time Off is the best
Review from Admin Dept
Access to an index fund with Vanguard and an overly generous match from Cognia.
Review from Admin Dept
Vacation days and retirement benefits remain good, but current health insurance plan is very bad. Between skipping COL increases to avoid layoffs (that then happened anyway) and getting very small ones, I am not sure compensation is keeping up with inflation.
Review from Product Dept
I am not full time and do not receive benefits. I was satisfied with the pay until we were given more responsibilities.
I am not under-valued. I am a contractor and not a full-time employee. I don't expect benefits.
Review from Product Dept
The folks that bring the most money into Cognia are paid the least. There is no incentive to bring in more business, do quality work, or improve. All opportunities are given to folks who are directors or above with the RAE's treated as peasants.

As a part-time worker, the work is increasing yet the compensation remains stagnant.
